4 Seasons Hospitality Group are recruiting for experienced DBS Cleared Chefs of all grades to immediately join our team based in Central London. We offer flexible working conditions and happy to offer up to 6 days per week for those who want plenty of hours. You must be 18+. You must have a minimum 6 months experience working as a DBS Chef to successfully apply for this role.

Responsibilities

As a one of our experienced Chefs, you will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring the smooth running of your section, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service.

Requirements:

• Preferred Enhanced DBS check (within one year)
• We need you to have experience working as a Chef (minimum one year CDP)
• A genuine passion for food
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep calm under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Relevant culinary qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential.
• At least Food safety level 2 and Hygiene certificate
• You MUST have your own whites, knives and safety shoes
